All products are intended for tobacco use or legal herbal blends only. We do not condone or promote illegal activity. It is your responsibility to comply with your local laws.

2. No Refunds, No Returns

All sales are final.
We operate under a strict no-refund and no-return policy, including (but not limited to):

• Change of mind

• Wrong product ordered

• Dissatisfaction with product

• Shipping delays

• Lost or stolen packages after dispatch

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of smoking accessories, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances unless legally required.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy in full.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [insert email address].

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion, only if the damage is confirmed. We do not guarantee compensation and we do not offer cash refunds.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

• Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.

• Please note that while we occasionally process and ship orders over the weekend, our standard shipping days are Monday to Friday. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will typically be processed the following Monday.

   

• Shipping timeframes begin after processing, not at the time of purchase.

• We are not responsible for courier delays once the order is in transit.

• Tracking will be provided when available.

Once shipped, responsibility for the parcel lies with the courier. We are not liable for:

• Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

• Orders marked as "delivered" but not received

5. Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before placing it. We are not responsible for incorrect address entries, wrong item selection, or duplicate orders.

We do not accept order cancellations after checkout.

6. Limitation of Liability
