Subscriptions and memberships

LoudBox subscriptions and memberships renew automatically every month and you're charged on each renewal date until you cancel.

How to cancel

• Cancel any time from your LoudBox account (Account, then Subscriptions), or email theloudboxco@gmail.com with your order number.
• Cancel before your next billing date to stop the next charge. Cancelling takes effect from the next renewal.
• There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.

Refunds on subscriptions

Payments for boxes that have already been dispatched aren't refunded. You can still cancel an unopened box within 14 days of receiving it under our Returns and refunds policy. Opened hygiene items (papers, cones, tips, wraps, filters) can't be returned.

If a payment is taken after you've cancelled, email us and we'll refund it in full.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
