Shipping policy

Every LoudBox order ships from the UK in plain, discreet packaging. Nothing on the outside says what's inside.

Processing time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed at the weekend normally go out on the next working day. You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships, where the delivery method supports it.

LoudBox storage boxes are big and heavy, so delivery for a storage box is £30 in the UK and £39.99 everywhere else.

Express orders are dispatched the next working day; delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Christmas 2026

Order by Saturday 19 December for Christmas delivery in the UK. Orders placed after that ship from Sunday 27 December.

International orders

• We currently ship to the UK, Ireland, the EU and the countries listed above.
• Import duties, taxes and customs fees for orders outside the UK are charged by your local customs and are your responsibility.
• Please check our products are legal to import where you live before ordering.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (UK) or 20 working days (international), or it arrives damaged, email theloudboxco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it with the courier. Please check your address at checkout: if a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll re-send it once the extra postage is paid.

Age check

You must be 18 or over, and born before 1 January 2009, to buy from LoudBox. We may ask for ID before dispatching an order.
